Proclamación is a performance/installation were seventeen people gather to eat with their fingers. Some of the dishes were familiar to some people but foreign for others.
Each plate was HandMade with local soil, cal hidratada (lime stone) from LatinAmerica, salt, and corn flower. Each tile/plate holds a Latin American dish. Dishes were cook by the artist and some of her friends who work in the food industry.
